Equipment Highlights: A Dual Breakthrough in Speed and Precision
The newly introduced pouch-making machines use all-servo drive systems. Key technical parameters:
- Maximum running speed: 200 pouches per minute (three-side seal type), about 60% faster than the old equipment
- Positioning accuracy: ±0.5mm, ensuring precise print registration and consistently beautiful finished pouches
- Supported pouch types: three-side seal pouches, center seal pouches, stand-up pouches, zipper pouches, specialty pouches, etc.
- Automation level: equipped with an online inspection system that monitors seal quality and dimensional deviation in real time
The new machines support a wider range of films, running stably from ordinary PE film to high-barrier laminates, further expanding OMOPACK’s service capabilities.
