What is the minimum order quantity for custom packaging?
MOQ depends on pouch size, printing process and order requirements. For larger pouches above 20 cm, the typical MOQ is around 20,000–30,000 pieces. Smaller pouches may require higher quantities due to printing plate and production setup requirements. Alternative order quantities may be available depending on pouch specifications and production requirements.
Can I provide my own artwork for custom packaging?
Yes. We accept high-resolution vector files such as AI, PDF and CDR. Please include pouch dimensions, structure and colors, along with the required copy and regulatory information. If your artwork is not yet print-ready, our team can help with layout adjustments and print-ready file preparation.
Can you provide packaging design support?
Yes. We can assist with packaging layout, dielines, size specifications and artwork optimization. For full branding or original artwork development, we can coordinate with professional design partners.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer and other agreed payment methods. Terms may vary with order value, destination and prior business relationship. Please contact our sales team for the payment options available for your order.
What is the production lead time for standard custom orders?
Lead time depends on pouch type, printing process and order quantity. Standard custom orders typically take around 7–15 business days, while specialty finishes or complex pouch structures may require additional time. Repeat orders can sometimes be completed faster.
What information is included in a custom packaging contract?
The contract typically covers material structure, dimensions, artwork, order quantity, lead time, pricing, payment terms, quality requirements, and claims procedures and post-delivery support. Key production specifications are confirmed in writing before production begins.
Production, Quality Control & Delivery
Quality control follows documented procedures throughout production, from material verification to finished packaging, and we coordinate domestic and international delivery for every order.
What factors can affect production lead time?
Lead time mainly depends on pouch structure, printing process and finishes, order quantity, and the timing of your artwork approval. The more standard your specifications and the sooner they are confirmed, the easier it is to keep the schedule. For tight deadlines, expedited production may be available when confirmed before ordering.
Will you provide samples for approval before mass production?
Physical sample pouches can be provided before mass production so you can review the material, dimensions, print result and construction. Mass production then proceeds based on the approved sample specifications. For overseas orders, samples can be shipped by international express.
Do you support pre-shipment inspection? What quality standards apply?
Pre-shipment inspection can be arranged on-site, through a third party, or via remote production samples. Before shipment, checks cover appearance, dimensions, seal strength and seal integrity. Domestic and overseas orders follow the same quality control standards to maintain consistent inspection standards.
Do you accept overseas orders? What shipping methods and trade terms do you support?
We accept custom packaging orders worldwide. For domestic delivery we use courier services, freight carriers or dedicated vehicles; for overseas orders we can arrange sea, air or international express. The transport method is confirmed based on destination, volume, timing and the agreed Incoterms, such as EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP.
Can we designate our own freight forwarder for export shipping?
Do you support split production runs and delivery to multiple addresses?
Yes. We can schedule split production runs and deliver to multiple addresses, and overseas orders can be shipped in batches and via multiple ports when needed. Please confirm these arrangements before the order is confirmed.
