What Is the Minimum Order Quantity?
Minimum order quantities depend on pouch size, material structure, printing method, and production requirements. As a general reference, larger pouches may start at approximately 20,000–30,000 pieces, while very small formats may require around 100,000 pieces. Final quantities are confirmed through a project quotation.
Do You Provide Packaging Design Support?
We can provide dielines, layout support, and packaging-size guidance. For complete brand creative development, we can coordinate with a partner design team when required.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
Payment methods and terms are confirmed in the quotation or sales agreement. Bank transfer is available for international orders. WeChat Pay and Alipay may be available for domestic payments. Please verify payment instructions with your OMOPACK contact before sending funds.
How Do You Handle Quality Issues?
If a confirmed production or shipping issue is identified after delivery, we will review the case promptly and arrange an appropriate resolution, such as rework or replacement.
Can I Review Samples Before Production?
Physical samples can be produced before volume production to review material structure, dimensions, sealing, and print appearance. Volume production begins after the customer approves the agreed sample, artwork, and specifications. Samples for international projects can be shipped by express courier.
