This website mainly serves packaging buyers, brands and related business customers, providing flexible packaging product display, packaging solutions, custom consultation, sample requests and business contact services. Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the website’s features.
These Terms apply to your access and use of this website. When you register an account, submit inquiries, request samples, upload files or actively use website services, please confirm that you have read and understood these Terms.
Except where the website explicitly provides online transaction functions, browsing products, submitting inquiries, requesting samples or communicating with customer service does not in itself constitute an order. Specific transaction rights and obligations shall be governed by the quotation, order, contract, technical confirmation sheet, signed sample document or other written documents finally confirmed by both parties.

Actual packaging solutions should be determined comprehensively based on content characteristics, packaging dimensions, filling methods, sterilization conditions, shelf life, storage and transport environment, order quantity and target market requirements.
2. Inquiries and order confirmation
Submitting an inquiry, message, sample request or packaging requirement through the website does not mean that a formal business relationship has been established between the parties, nor does it constitute a final commitment by us on price, MOQ, lead time, performance or supply.
Product prices, MOQs, material structures, printing processes, sample fees, production lead times, shipping costs, payment methods and other transaction terms shall be governed by the quotation, order, contract or other written documents finally confirmed by both parties.
For custom packaging products, you should confirm the following before production:
- Pouch type and dimensions;
- Material structure and thickness;
- Printing files, text, barcodes and colors;

- Order quantity and delivery requirements;

3. Product images and color description
Product images, packaging renderings and application scenes on the website may differ reasonably from actual products due to photography lighting, display devices, screen colors, material reflection and image processing.
Packaging print colors can be affected by materials, inks, printing methods, surface finishes, production conditions and batch variations. For projects with strict requirements on brand colors or print effects, the physical samples, signed samples or agreed color standards confirmed by both parties shall prevail.
Unless a page explicitly states a commitment or the parties otherwise confirm in writing, the information shown on the website does not serve as the acceptance standard for a specific order. Content already included in quotations, orders, contracts, technical confirmation sheets or signed sample documents shall be executed according to those documents.
4. Packaging performance description
The oxygen barrier, moisture barrier, aroma retention, light blocking, oil resistance, puncture resistance, temperature resistance, compression resistance, air tightness, retort capability and other properties of packaging may be affected by the following factors:
- Material structure and production process;
- Content composition and product form;
- Filling and sealing methods;
- Sterilization temperature, time and pressure;
- Storage, transport and usage environment;
- Customer packaging equipment and operating conditions.
Specific performance requirements should be defined at the project confirmation stage, and shall be subject to the test standards, samples, test results or technical confirmation documents agreed by both parties.
Before formally using the packaging, users should complete the necessary filling, sealing, storage, transport, sterilization and shelf-life tests based on the product and actual production conditions.
5. Information submitted by users
When submitting inquiries, requesting samples or uploading files, you should ensure that the information provided is true, accurate and complete, and promptly update any information that changes.
You must not submit through this website:
- Content that infringes the trademark, copyright, patent or other legitimate rights of others;
- False, illegal, fraudulent or misleading content;
- Files containing viruses, malicious programs or anything that may affect website security;
- Content that violates laws, regulations, public interests or public order and good customs;
- Other content that may harm the legitimate rights and interests of third parties or this website.
If the materials you submit are suspected of infringement, illegality or security risks, we have the right to suspend processing of the relevant request and require you to provide necessary proof of rights.
6. User file usage authorization

This authorization is limited to completing the relevant project and does not constitute a transfer of any trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights. Where the parties have other written agreements, those agreements shall prevail.
7. Business materials and confidentiality
For undisclosed design files, product materials and other business information you submit for inquiry, sampling or production purposes, we will take protective measures within a reasonable scope and use them only for needs assessment, solution design, quotation, sampling, production, quality inspection, delivery and related services agreed by both parties.
If the parties sign a separate non-disclosure agreement, contract or other written document, the corresponding terms shall apply.
We may legally use or disclose relevant information in the following circumstances:
- Where required by laws, regulations or legitimate requests from competent authorities;
- Where necessary to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the website, users or third parties;
- Where the information has been lawfully made public or no longer has a confidential nature;
- Other circumstances agreed in writing by both parties.
8. Intellectual property
