Each machine is equipped with a 15-inch HMI touchscreen interface, allowing operators to store up to 200 product recipes for instant changeovers.
A major improvement is the integrated vision inspection system. Two high-resolution cameras inspect every bag at full production speed, checking for seal integrity, print registration, and dimensional accuracy. Defective bags are automatically rejected without slowing the line. This system has reduced post-production quality inspection time by 70% and customer return rates by over 90%.
Material Compatibility and Expanded Capabilities
